Her voyage Story #49 of WIMA Korea - Then and Now.
Sharing her journey of Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology(KIMFT), Song-yi Yi(이송이).
She began her first voyage as Navy Officer in 2005.
After graduation from PKNU(Pukyoung National University) in the same year, she was commissioned into Navy as an engineer officer(OCS) and discharged in 2012 with the rank of Lieutenant.
Then, she entered World Maritime University(WMU) and studied about 'Maritime Safety & Environment Administration' as her major.
After graduation from WMU, she joined Korea Maritime Transportation Safety Authority(KOMSA) in 2014 and worked for 2 years.
Now, she is endeavoring as Instructor of Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology(KIMFT) to produce excellent seafarers.
